Ingredients

  • 3
    eggs
  • 2/3 cup
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
    extract
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 plus 2/3 cups of flour

Materials

  • 8.5×8 inches pan
  • whisk
  • spatula

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Place the eggs in a bowl and incorporate the sugar along with the vanilla extract.

  • Step 2:

    Stir all the ingredients thoroughly using a whisk until you get a foamy blend.

  • Step 3:

    Include the oil and milk then stir them together.

  • Step 4:

    Lastly, mix in the baking powder and flour thoroughly until you get a smooth and uniform batter.

  • Step 5:

    Pour the mixture into a greased dish.

  • Step 6:

    Bake for 35 minutes at 390°F (200°C).

  • Step 7:

    There you have it; your cake is all set. It’s ideal for snacking or can serve as a foundation for crafting a birthday cake! To add some finishing touches, we dusted powdered sugar on top for decoration.
