As Ramadan came to an end on Sunday, March 30, 2025, Morocco plans to revert to Greenwich Mean Time plus one hour (GMT+1) on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 2:00 AM, advancing their clock by 60 minutes.

The announcement regarding this change was made well ahead of time. The Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform stated that they would be switching to GMT during Ramadan on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at 3:00 AM. They also took the opportunity to remind everyone about reverting back to GMT+1 afterward.

This modification adheres to the guidelines set forth in decree 2.18.855, enacted on October 26, 2018, concerning legal time.
