Mumbai (Maharashtra), India, March 28 (ANI): Kesari 2 is among the highly anticipated movies of the year. The release of the film’s teaser has significantly ramped up fans’ enthusiasm lately.

And now, on this Friday, capturing the audience’s focus, here comes the premiere glimpse of the actors
Akshay Kumar
, Ananya Panday and
R Madhavan
was unveiled.

Ananya, who works as a lawyer, appeared self-assured in the clip. Her voice-over stated, “The truth about what occurred at Jallianwala Bagh that day should be known by everyone (Jo hua uska sach puri duniya ko pata chalana chahiye).”

Echoing her character’s essence, the creators posted on Instagram, “Driven by empathy and ignited by fairness. Presenting Ananya Panday as DilREET GILL in Kesari – Chapter 2. Releasing globally in theaters on April 18th.”

R Madhavan
portrays Neville Mckinley in the movie.

Madvahan’s role as McKinley comes with the tagline, “Insightful, brave, unmistakable… yet aligned with the opposition! Presenting R. Madhavan portraying Neville McKinley in Kesari: Episode Two.”

Chapter 2 of Kesari will delve into the lesser-known aspects of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Released in 2019, the initial installment chronicled the lead-up to the Battle of Saragarhi, where 21 Sikh warriors from the 36th Sikh Regiment of the British Indian Army faced off against approximately 10,000 Afridi and Orakzai Pashtun fighters in 1897. In this first segment, actress Parineeti Chopra had a significant role.
