KATHMANDU, April 5 — The current weather conditions in the country are being affected by westerly and local winds.

Today in the afternoon, elevated areas will experience partially clouded conditions, whereas the remainder of the nation will enjoy mainly sunny weather, as reported by the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology. A light shower or snowfall might be observed at isolated spots within the higher hills and mountains across Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces.

This evening, the hill regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces will stay partially overcast; however, the remainder of the nation’s weather will largely be clear skies, as mentioned by the department.
