The fundamental principle of the Vedan brand is that it brings us joy to enhance the taste of food. All upcoming products will follow this central value as we keep introducing different options, be they spices or frozen meals,” said a Vedan spokesperson.

While expanding its range of frozen foods, Vedan worked alongside the famous Taiwanese chef Chia-Mo Chen, who is considered among Taiwanโ€™s leading four cooking experts, for assistance in research and development.

A notable item is Vedan Sichuan Sauerkraut Fish, blending globally recognized flavors with traditional Vietnamese elements like pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, and rice noodles.

An emerging product is the Vedan Lion Head Crab Meat Balls, a specialty dish that combines the flavors of seafood and meat.

The showcase included the well-known Vedan Golden Fish Balls, which were first introduced with a salted egg yolk filling, and now come in two fresh options: cheese and mushroom-with-pork. These updates provide an enhanced taste journey.

Additional displayed internationally inspired frozen foods featured Japanese Takoyaki, Korean Chijimi, and Taiwanese Moon Cuttlefish Cake, each made with care utilizing locally sourced Vietnamese seafood and components.

In addition to seafood, Vedan keeps expanding its range of frozen foods by introducing enhanced meat items and convenient meal options. The Vedan Taiwanese Sausage has been effectively introduced into multiple markets through different promotional methods, generating favorable responses.

Vedan has also brought Taiwanese-style crispy fried chicken to the Vietnamese market. Following improvements, the dish is now officially launched, featuring a distinctive Taiwanese element: fried basil served alongside, providing a taste that reflects the genuine street food atmosphere of night markets.
