Trump Takes Extreme Action Against Judge Blocking Deportations to El Salvador

is seeking the judge who tried to prevent him
flights for deporting illegal immigrant gang members
to have his license revoked and be barred from practicing law.

The president currently charges that District Court Judge James Boasberg has been making politically driven moves against him through judicial rulings.

In his Truth Social post on Monday morning, he shared a linked article indicating that Boasberg participated in a legal conference where sponsors and presenters had openly stated viewpoints against Trump. These perspectives were notably at odds with the President’s stance on immigration issues.

‘They ought to revoke his license!’ Trump insisted, asserting that the judge was nearly as detrimental as the one who oversaw another ‘phoney case brought against me.’

Trump described the recent event as a ‘ miscarriage of justice.’

A federal judge attempted to halt at the final hour the departure of two aircraft from the United States, which were set to transport undocumented gang members to El Salvador for imprisonment.

However, the aircraft were already airborne when Judge Boasenberg’s directive was sent out, and White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt states that he lacked authority over international waters to compel them to return.

Trump used the Alien Enemies Act to authorize the deportation flights.

He supported the decision to expel the 200 individuals referred to as ‘monsters.’
associated with gangs involved in abductions, blackmail, and hit jobs.

‘These were bad people. That was a bad group of, as I say, hombres,’ he told reporters earlier this month.

When questioned regarding the application of the contentious AlienEnemiesAct beyond times of warfare, Trump firmly stated: “We’re currently in a state of war since Biden permitted millions of individuals — including numerous criminals, some at very high levels — to enter.”

They released prisoners from jails in other countries — this is an invasion, and those individuals are criminals.
