Pakistan, April 5 — US President Donald Trump shared a controversial video on Friday, showing the deaths of Houthi fighters in Yemen. The black-and-white footage, posted on his Truth Social network, depicted a US airstrike on the fighters. The video was captioned with the word “oops.”

The clip displays numerous Houthi combatants assembled beside a roadway. It looks like military drone footage, capturing a vivid glow succeeded by billowing smoke, marking the instant of detonation. Underneath, Trump commented, โ€œOops, there wonโ€™t be an assault from these Houthis.โ€

The video snippet reveals a substantial column of smoke billowing upwards from the location of the incident. Additional vehicles are observable stationed farther down the thoroughfare, with an evident crater marking the spot of the hit. Trump commented, “We wonโ€™t let them bring down our vessels anymore!”

The video surfaced as the U.S. continued its bombing campaigns in Yemen, following Houthi assaults on maritime traffic in the Red Sea.
