A new feature will soon be tested on the Cybertruck, which might dissuade even the most determined individuals. This development comes from a company led by none other than

Elon Musk

is constantly enhancing its integrated security features and has recently introduced, according to an official statement, a new capability for its Sentry Mode. Should anyone attempt vandalism on the Cybertruck, they might find themselves confronted with an extremely loud situation.


Sentry mode activated

According to media reports

, the Sentry Mode previously allowed for the recording of suspicious behaviour using the external cameras, flashing the vehicle’s headlights, sounding an alarm, and finally, sending a remote notification via the mobile app. Today,
Tesla
takes an additional step and enhances this safety feature: upon detecting a threat, the Cybertruck will play extremely loud music to deter the vandals.

The audio function might utilize the Cybertruck’s exterior speakers; nonetheless, the company has not clarified if this announcement will be for inside or outside broadcasting nor disclosed the volume levels. This particular feature was not included in the technical specifications of other vehicles within the lineup as of the latest update but is expected to be added shortly.

Following a series of assaults on its vehicles, Elon Musk instructed that the Sentry Mode be enabled across all showcased models at the company’s outlets, according to reports.
