During his interaction with the press, he stated, “Both of them worked in the same field. He was like a father to all of us, and from our early days, I witnessed their close relationship as they were friends too. My father shared an excellent bond with him. To put it simply, the movies he made revolved around India, and we cherished those deeply. It was through him that the tradition of patriotism began.”

He remembered his father recounting an event to him just prior to heading to the Capital. โ€œDad mentioned that before arriving here, during the initial days with Manoj ji, they faced financial struggles as money wasnโ€™t abundant.โ€

Sunny was in the capital for the ‘

“When Manoj ji had some money, he used to go shopping for clothes and would tell my father, ‘Aa lele Dharam, tu vi lele do kameezaan.’ It was truly a wonderful relationship they shared. In my opinion, those times were amazing and cannot be replicated today,” he mentioned.
