Simon has inaugurated Jakarta Premium Outlets®, their inauguralPremium Outlet® center in Indonesia.

The 302,000-square-foot retail space is almost entirely occupied and offers more than 150 international and local brands.

Luxurious and high-end labels such as Bally, BOSS, Coach, Furla, Lacoste, Longchamp, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Kenzo, Versace, Swarovski, Tumi, and The North Face can be found here. Additionally, this location houses Indonesia’s premier Adidas outlet store—the biggest in all of Southeast Asia—alongside other leading sports brands like Nike, Converse, Hoka, Puma, New Balance, Reebok, Skechers, and Under Armour. Furthermore, an array of global cuisine restaurants adds to the culinary experience at this site.

Although currently accessible, a formal unveiling ceremony is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.

Nestled strategically within the Alam Sutera Township in Tangerang, this location lies at the confluence of two significant expressways. The Jakarta-Merak Toll Road ensures a convenient 30-minute journey to Central Jakarta, a metropolis with a population of around 12 million residents. Meanwhile, the Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road links up to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, an aviation hub that serves approximately 55 million travelers each year.

Jakarta Premium Outlets is developed and run by Simon Genting Pte. Ltd., a partnership between Genting Plantations Berhad and Simon. Operations at this outlet are handled by PT Nusantara Management Indonesia and PT Pembangunan Property Nusantara. This collaboration also oversees the management of Johor Premium Outlets and Genting Highlands Premium Outlets located in Malaysia.
