Regulus Investments and Financial Services Ghana Limited, an African-based financial services company with varied operations, is pleased to reveal that Mavis Amegah has been named as its next Chief Executive Officer at Regulus Investments and Financial Services Ghana and as Group Chief Legal Officer within the Regulus Group, starting from July 1, 2025.

With more than 13 years of significant experience in tax compliance, corporate legal matters, and strategic regulatory consulting, Mavis Amegah represents a strong asset for the Regulus Group’s top leadership. Her established history of achievements within financial sectors and comprehensive knowledge will prove essential as the organization expands throughout Africa and further afield.

Prior to working with Regulus, Ms. Amegah held the position of Tax & Compliance Manager at Olam Agri Ghana Ltd., where she played a key role in enhancing corporate tax approaches, driving thorough tax compliance efforts, and maintaining strict conformity with regulations. She has additional experience managing tax policies and supervising financial reporting and auditing procedures.

In her newly appointed key position, Mrs. Amegah will guide Regulus Investments and Financial Services Ghana Limited through an era of enhanced strategic development and implementation, while simultaneously contributing significantly to strengthening the Regulus Group’s international legal, regulatory, and corporate governance structures.

Her exceptional knowledge of tax legislation, company management practices, and adherence to regulations, along with her solid leadership skills and ethical standards, positions her as the perfect individual to lead the Ghana activities and enhance legal frameworks throughout the organization.

Mrs. Amegah has earned an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Central University College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ghana Technology University. Additionally, she possesses an Executive Certificate in Comparative Tax Policy & Negotiation Strategies from the Harvard Kennedy School, enhancing her deep knowledge of intricate financial and legal environments.
