On Tuesday, the Rupee rose by 01 paisa compared to the US Dollar in interbank transactions, ending at Rs 281.86, following the prior day’s closing of Rs 281.87. Nevertheless, as per the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buy and sell prices for the dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs 283.1 and Rs 283.9, accordingly. As reported by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the value of the Euro dropped by Rs 2.29, settling at Rs 327.52 after being at Rs 329.81 the previous day. Meanwhile, the Japanese Yen fell by 01 paisa, finishing at Rs1.90, whereas the exchange rate for the British Pound declined by Rs1.37, reaching Rs379.31 from Rs380.68 on the preceding day.
