Sri Lanka, August 22 – The NDB Bank recently organized a special lifestyle workshop titled “Achieving Wellness and Equilibrium for Optimal Life Quality.”

The gathering united several leading medical professionals from Apollo Hospitals in Chennai, providing exclusive attendees with the chance to learn important perspectives on attaining a healthier and more harmonious way of life.

The conference included two renowned experts from India: Dr. Elankumaran K, Director of the Liver Disease and Transplantation Institute and a senior consultant specializing in liver transplantation and hepatobiliary surgery, along with Dr. K. Appaji Krishnan, an influential professional at the Center for Excellence in Robotic and Advanced Spinal Surgery.

Each speaker contributed extensive expertise, offering visitors insightful advice on preventative care, timely diagnosis, advances in therapy, and approaches for sustained well-being.
