Various regions across Metro Manila, Bulacan, Batangas, Cavite, Rizal, and Laguna are set to experience electricity disruptions later this week due to scheduled maintenance activities, according to an announcement made by Meralco on Sunday.

Residents of Barangay Holy Spirit in Quezon City wonโ€™t have electricity from March 26 at 11 p.m. until March 27 at 6 a.m. due to line reconductoring activities and pole replacements.

The impacted regions encompass part of Holy Spirit Drive starting from S. Benito Street up to Puregold Jr., Panda Express, Jollibee, McDonaldโ€™s, and The Rock; a segment of Don Faustino Street extending from Holy Spirit Drive to Don Primitivo Ext. Street, which includes Kasiyahan, Don Pedro, and Doรฑa Isidora Streets as well as the National Council on Disability Affairs located in Don Antonio Heights Subdivision; a section of Don Renato Street between Holy Spirit Drive and Don Ernesto Street within Don Enrique Heights Subdivision; some parts of Don Wilfredo Street beginning at Don Diosdado Street all through to Don Gavino Street also inside Don Enrique Heights Subdivision; along with the entirety of both Isidora Hills Subdivision and Kasiyahan Subdivision.

On March 30, various areas in Project 4 and Loyola Heights, Quezon City will experience power outages at different times from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., due to line reconductoring activities.

From 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and again from 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., regions impacted encompass parts of Katipunan Avenue extending from Meralco-Marikina Substation up to Sta. Clara Street, which includes Alta Vista Village within Barangay Loyola Heights; portions of Aurora Boulevard running from Katipunan Avenue through SMDC Blue Residences and Arton Rockwell Katipunan also located in Barangay Loyola Heights; segments of Esteban Abad Street stretching from Katipunan Avenue down to F. Collantes Street situated in Barangay Loyola Heights as well; sections of J.P. Rizal Street ranging from Aurora Boulevard all the way to Antonio Luna Street with neighborhoods such as Cabuco, Aguado, T.Alonzo, Callejon 1, C.Aguinaldo, Calderon, and Malong Streets found in Barangay Escopa III under Project 4; stretches along Antonio Luna Street starting at J.P.Rizal Street ending at streets like Cabeza, H.Unrubia, M.Pauza, and J.Ponce in Barangay Escopa III part of Project 4 too; pieces of J.P. Rizal Street going from Aurora Boulevard until reaching P.Tuazon Boulevard inclusive of roads named after Magat Salamat, Antonio Luna, Camerino, T.Alonzo, P.Ocampo, and F.Calderon in Barangay Marilag inside Project 4 area; fragments of both C.Aguinaldo and P.Ocampo Streets bounded by J.P.Rizal Street and leading towards Camerino Street featuring routes called Datu Sumakwel, Nay-Isa, and Jose Ma.Hugo Extension in Barangay Marilag still in Project 4 region; bits of A.DeLegaspi Street beginning close to C.Aguinaldo street and nearing Camerino street included within Barangay Marilag belonging to Project 4 domain; sectors of P.Tuazon Boulevard spanning from D.Tirona Street right up till meeting point with J.P.Rizal Street covering Pasaje Dela Paz Street positioned in Barangay Milagrosa under Project 4 jurisdiction; finally, strips of J.P.Rizal Street moving forward from P.Tuazon Boulevard continuing into Pasaje Dela Paz Street lying within Barangay Milagrosa likewise part of Project 4 territory.

Between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., planned power outages will affect parts of Aurora Boulevard starting from J.P. Rizal Street in Barangay Escopa III, Project 4 up until Katipunan Avenue, encompassing Villa Aurora Townhomes; PSBA (Philippine School of Business Administration) as well as Globe Telecom within Barangay Loyola Heights; portions of J.P. Rizal Street between Aguado Street and Aurora Boulevard in both Barangays Marilag and Escopa III located in Project 4; sections of P. Burgos Street extending from Aurora Boulevard through H. Unrubia and Cabezas Streets; along with the area known as PUD Site Compound situated in Barangay Escopa III under Project 4; additionally, some stretches of Katipunan Avenue running from Aurora Boulevard down to Xavierville Avenue inclusive of One Katipunan Residences found in Barangay Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

In Caloocan City, specific parts of Bagong Silang such as Kanan, along with sections in Camarin, will experience power outages from 11 PM to 6 AM on March 26-27 due to the replacement of electric poles and line reconductoring activities.

The impacted regions encompass part of Franville II Subdivision in Camarin; portions of Old Zabarte Road starting from Barugo Street covering Blocks 49, 55, 56, and 58 within Phase 1 Package 3; as well as Block 1 in Phase 3B at Bagong Silang โ€“ Kanan. Additionally affected is a section of Langit Road extending from Old Zabarte Road up to Katarungan Road along with Metroplaza situated in Bagong Silang โ€“ Kanan; also included is a segment of Katarungan Road running from Langit Road through to and inclusive of Phase 5A Packages 1 and 2 located in Bagong Silang โ€“ Kanan.

In Paraรฑaque, certain areas in San Antonio will likewise experience no power supply from March 26-27, specifically from 11:30 p.m. until 4:30 a.m., due to the replacement of an electric pole.

The areas impacted include part of Dr. A. Santos Avenue extending up to the San Antonio โ€“ BF Homes Friendship Bridge, encompassing locations such as the Shell Gas Station, Elorde Sports Center, Kennemer Foods International Inc., and Vitro Paraรฑaque; also included are the Elorde Compound and Hontiveros Compound. Additionally, Lino Type Street within the 4th Estate Subdivision will be affected.

In Makati, a brief power outage is scheduled for March 27 from 12:01 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., as part of maintenance activities at the Meralco โ€“ Urdaneta substation. This disruption will impact areas including the MRT-3 Ayala Station located southbound on Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA), within the Ayala Center complex; and the JB Music Store Building situated along Antonio Arnaiz Avenue (Pasay Road) in Baranggay San Lorenzo.

In the meantime, various areas in Laguna, particularly in Santa Rosa and Calamba, will experience power outages on specific dates because of multiple maintenance activities. These tasks include replacing utility poles, installing extra lightning protection systems, decommissioning old equipment, and conducting preventative upkeep as well as inspection procedures at the Meralco โ€“ CIPP substation.

Certain regions in Indang, Alfonso, and Maragondon within Cavite will face electricity disruptions over multiple days due to facility replacements, routine line upkeep activities, as well as inspection and testing tasks at the Meralco Tagaytay West substation.

Certain regions in Marilao, Bocaue, and Balagtas within Bulacan will experience power outages on specific weekdays due to facility upgrades and line maintenance activities.

In Rizal, certain parts of Angono will experience a power outage on March 27 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to ongoing line reconstruction activities.

The areas impacted encompass those situated along Arveemar Homes Road, stretching from Don Mariano Santos Avenue to and including the Arveemar Homes Subdivision within Barangay San Isidro.

In Batangas, some parts of San Pascual will face electricity outages on March 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., due to ongoing line improvement activities.

The areas impacted include part of San Antonio – Sto. Niรฑo Road extending from Bauanโ€“Batangas City Provincial Road down to Yakal Street, covering subdivisions such as Ecoverde Subdivision, Cocochem Country Village, Guv Village, Villa Magdalena Subdivision, Goldland Subdivision, Villa Maria Subdivision, Villa Teresa Subdivision, Camella Homes, Cristina Homes Subdivision, and Cristina Homes 2 Subdivisionโ€”all situated within Barangay San Antonio, Sto. Niรฑo, and Sambat. Additionally, parts of Makalintal Avenue stretching from the boundary between Bauan and San Pascual Municipality in Barangay Sambat up through Barangays San Mariano, Resplandor, Malaking Pook, Del Pilar, Santa Elena, Alalum, Captainโ€™s Place, Natunuan North, Housing Area, Pilahin, Pila, and back into Sambat are included. Also affected is a segment of Alitagtag โ€“ San Pascual Road starting at Makalintal Avenue, encompassing Barangays Gelerang Kawayan, Ilat North, Ilat South, and Mataas na Lupa.
