According to
Dimsum Daily
The hospital, situated in Beijing and founded in 2012 with an initial funding of 10 million yuan (approximately US$1.4 million), was set up to offer child healthcare services, focusing specifically on treating respiratory and gastrointestinal issues in kids. Nevertheless, the institution currently faces a debt of 13.81 million yuan and has been placed under judicial enforcement measures by the Chaoyang District Peopleโ€™s Court. Li, who acts as the hospital’s official representative, has also been involved in the ongoing court case.

Li’s continuous financial challenges have now extended to Smile Angel Hospital, marking another phase in his economic troubles. During a recent live stream, his present spouse, Haiha Jinxi, revealed the substantial monetary strain her family is experiencing due to a 40-million-yuan loan tied to a unsuccessful property venture Li undertook in 2015. Additionally, she posted a clip depicting the family relocating from a mansion to a more modest residence, with Li absent for work at the time.

In July, a firm where Li owns stock was required to refund 1.02 million yuan, increasing the total amount owed.

Now 54, Li is most recognized for his significant parts in well-known Chinese TV series like “The Legend of the Condor Heroes,” “Laughing in the Wind,” “The Singer,” and “Eternal Moment.” In 2011, he stepped away from acting to concentrate on entrepreneurial endeavors, although several of these attempts did not live up to hopes.

Li tied the knot with Wong in 2005, but their marriage ended in divorce in 2013; together they have a daughter named Li Yan. In 2022, Li remarried to Haiha, whereas Wong has recently reunited with singer Nicholas Tse.
