KFC is known
For its chicken, the restaurant is well-known, but the chain’s irresistible side dishes also tend to be equally popular. Now, this food provider has come out with an innovative twist on one of their traditional sides aimed at enhancing the flavor even more.

Today, KFC introduced its latest creation: Mashed Potato Poppers. These innovative treats take the beloved mashed potatoes and transform them into crispy bites. Described as “smooth mashed potatoes coated and fried until perfectly crisp,” they serve these poppers in sets of five, accompanied by a dollop of gravy for extra flavor.

However, that’s not the sole method to appreciate them.

KFC has introduced the Mashed Potato Poppers along with an entirely new Dunk It Bucket, marking their first significant menu update in almost a decade. This standalone Dunk It Bucket includes “two Original Recipe Chicken Pieces™, one small portion of Secret Recipe Fries, five Mashed Potato Poppers, and your selection of three different KFC dipping sauces.” It is priced at $7.

In the meantime, the Double Dunk It Bucket includes “10 pieces of Original Recipe Chicken tenders, two servings of Secret Recipe Fries in different sizes, 10 Mashed Potato Poppers, four Biscuits, and your selection of six KFC sauces.” This set costs you $25.

“Our new Mashed Potato Poppers transform a legendary KFC classic into a crunchy can’t-resist bite of perfection,” said KFC’s U.S. President Catherine Tan-Gillespie in a press release “And the Dunk It Bucket? Oh, it’s a dream come true for sauce lovers—dip it, dunk it, drench it, do your thing. It’s our first brand-new bucket in nearly a decade, and trust me, it was so worth the wait!”

The latest release follows closely after KFC’sannouncement.
