Jacqueline Fernandez Grieves Over Loss of Beloved Mother

In Pakistan on April 7, it was reported that Bollywood star Jacqueline Fernandez is facing a challenging period after losing her dear mother, Kim Fernandez, due to a severe cardiac arrest.

Earlier today in Mumbai, the 38-year-old actress, famous for her elegant demeanor and alluring characters on-screen, accompanied her father, Elroy Fernandez, at her mother’s funeral.

Kim Fernandez was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital last month after suffering a major heart stroke. Despite being under treatment in the ICU, her condition did not improve.

Tragically, she died at the hospital on Sunday, April 6th. This devastating information was verified by Jacqueline’s team.

Because of her mother’s serious illness, Jacqueline missed performing at the IPL opening ceremony in Guwahati lately.

As reported by Indian media sources, the lead actress from the film ‘Kick’ decided to step back from her professional obligations following her mother Kim’s admission to a hospital in Mumbai.

Jacqueline was scheduled to perform at the IPL 2025 ceremony but decided against participating in her act.
