His start as a manager couldn’t have been much smoother, guiding the Brazilian team to three titles while suffering only one defeat across 27 matches.

The previous Chelsea left-back boasts a roster filled with well-known players, such as the erstwhile Manchester City defender Danilo and another veteran from Juventus, Alex Sandro, who is also part of the team.

In 2023, Filipe Luís offered an apology to Ángel Di María following his revelation that a remark he made about the Argentine player’s spouse was among the greatest regrets of his professional life.

My greatest remorse involves Di Maria,” Sergio Aguero shared with me, “He gets flustered when you mention his spouse.
