WASHINGTON (AP) — Tom Wilson netted his 31st goal of the season, Alex Ovechkin contributed two assists, and the Washington Capitals defeated the reigning Stanley Cup champions, the Florida Panthers, with a score of 6-3 on Saturday. This victory marked their fourth consecutive win and strengthened their position at the top of the NHL standings.
