Vape products destined for America, along with the CCPโ€™s efforts to strengthen ties with the United Statesโ€™ southern neighbors, have raised concerns among voters regarding Chinaโ€™s increasing intervention in the Western Hemisphere.

A recent survey conducted by ScriptLabs involving 1,000 voters, provided exclusively to LIFEHACKfound, reveals that participants are concerned about the impact of U.S. adversaries on American agricultural land and their increasing partnerships with Venezuela and drug cartels.

Four out of every five voters, which equates to 80 percent, express concern about the influx of Chinese-manufactured cigarettes smuggled into the United States by Mexican drug cartels.

The Sinaloa cartel and other groups have started participating in the distribution of inexpensive, readily available Chinese vape pens, leading to recent developments.

In December, they revised their constitution to ban vaping devices, although tobacco remains legal. This shift drove these gadgets into illegal marketplaces, prompting drug cartels to incorporate them into their inventories.

The leading three vape brands among U.S. middle and high school students consisted of unauthorized imports from China, as reported recently by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

According to the CDC, these Chinese brands account for 70 percent of all vaping products used by American youth. Despite being technically banned in both the United States and China, flavored vape products continue to be sold in tobacco stores across the U.S.

These are precisely the gadgets that cartels have begun competing for due to the increasing popularity of vaping in America. However, tracing their components and sources remains challenging.

Voters also expressed worry over China increasing its economic and military presence in Venezuela with 84% noting their concern over what could happen if the U.S. cedes influence in the embattled, dictator-led country.

The recent announcement from Donald Trump’s administration imposed extra tariffs on the Central American nation and called for Chevron to cease its activities within the country.

Venezuela stands as one of Chinaโ€™s most significant military trade partners in the area, and the nation also hosts several space installations managed by the Chinese government.

The ScriptLabs survey similarly revealed that the majority of Americans have concerns about Chinaโ€™s impact on the U.S. food supply.

Almost all participants, 92 percent indicated their belief that the government ought to strengthen U.S. farming to avoid offshoring jobs to China.

Approximately 43 million acres of American farmland are owned by foreign entities and individuals, which represents almost 2 percent of total U.S. land area, as reported by government statistics.

According to an administration claim, China owns more than 350,000 acres across 27 states.

Earlier this year, Republican lawmakers proposed a bill aimed at prohibiting organizations headquartered in China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea from participating in certain activities within the United States.

“China is acquiring our technologies, purchasing food supplies, and even buying our agricultural land,” Trump stated during his campaign speeches.

‘They are purchasing our minerals and natural resources. They are also acquiring our ports and shipping terminals.’

While certain individuals concentrate on Chinaโ€™s acquisitions close to power stations and military installations, the truth is we ought to be highly worried about every form of Chinese Communist Party action within our borders,” stated the Republican. “As I have frequently emphasized, ensuring economic safety is equivalent to safeguarding national security.
