This conversation underscored the importance of guidance programs, supportive policies, and organizational modifications to foster an environment where women can thrive in scientific pursuits.

The conclave included keynote addresses and conversations with prominent figures in research, education, and policy. These individuals were Dr. Govind K. Makharia, Associate Dean for Research at AIIMS in New Delhi; Dr. B.N. Gangadhar, Chairperson of the National Medical Commission; and Professor Dhananjay Singh, Member Secretary of the ICSSR under the Ministry of Education within the Government of India.
