Hussain Abdul Rahman Al Rand, Assistant Under-Secretary for the Public Health Sector, highlighted that the Ministry of Health and Prevention is dedicated to following the most stringent global benchmarks in maternal and neonatal care through leveraging cutting-edge technologies consistent with recommendations provided by the World Health Organization.
