Trump Sparks Outrage With ‘That’s Taxpayer Money!’ Threat to Democratic Rival

On Sunday, Donald Trump caused controversy by warning he would cancel funding authorized by Congress for a possible future Democratic presidential candidate.

Trump used Truth Social over the weekend to
assault Maryland Governor Wes Moore (D)
who has been speculated to harbor greater aspirations and who extended an invitation for the president to join a community safety stroll through the streets of Baltimore.

The leader also warned about withdrawing funding required for constructing the Francis Scott Key Bridge following its collision with a cargo vessel, stating, “I provided Wes Moore with significant financial support to repair his destroyed bridge… I may now need to reconsider that choice??”
