John Harbaugh has inked a three-year contract extension to remain with the team.

The individual, at 62 years old and having led the Ravens since 2008, was heading into the last year of their current contract.
On Friday though, Baltimore revealed that Harbaugh had pledged his future to the team.

(18 years) has spent more time with the same team compared to Harbaugh.
He is the Ravens’ most victorious coach ever – throughout his 17 years with the team in Baltimore, he has accumulated an impressive record of 185 wins and 115 losses. Additionally, Harbaugh guided Baltimore to a
Super Bowl
title in 2012.
He is among just five mentors in NFL history who led a team to the playoffs at least 12 times within their initial 17 seasons; the others include Pete Carroll, Bud Grant, Mike Holmgren, and Mike McCarthy.
“Harbaugh, who is 62 years old, remains as enthusiastic and dedicated as always in his quest to guide Baltimore to their third Super Bowl victory and their second under his leadership,” the Ravens stated when sharing this information.
Baltimore has narrowly missed out on reaching the Super Bowl in the past two seasons – they lost the AFC Championship game to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2023.
And so, last year, the Ravens narrowly lost to the Buffalo Bills in an intensely competitive divisional playoff match.
Harbaugh has developed a strong offensive unit, spearheaded by the exceptional quarterback Lamar Jackson and the devastating running back Derrick Henry.
