Released on, Aug. 26 – August 26, 2025 at 8:50 AM

Saudi Arabia’s top budget airline, Flyadeal, has formally extended its regular services to Pakistan by introducing non-stop flights to Islamabad and Peshawar.

A significant moment took place at Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIAP) in Peshawar on August 25, 2025, when the first flight from Riyadh arrived and was celebrated with a cake-cutting event hosted by Menzies RAS. This gathering occurred in the International Departure Lounge and included participants from the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Airport Security Force (ASF), and Menzies RAS. From this point forward, Flyadeal will conduct two weekly services between Riyadh and Peshawar, operating each Monday and Wednesday.

On August 24, 2025, one day prior, Flyadeal conducted its first flight, FAD 651/652, to Islamabad International Airport, where the plane received the customary water spray upon landing. The journey arrived early at 06:08 AM with 65 travelers aboard. The outbound trip left at 07:33 AM, transporting 172 passengers. Flyadeal plans to continue operating this route between Riyadh and Islamabad once a week, every Sunday.

Greeting the airline’s arrival in Pakistan, a representative from the Pakistan Airports Authority stated:

Flyadeal’s entry into Islamabad and Peshawar will greatly improve connections, offer travelers additional choices, and reinforce the long-standing relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Through these updated flight paths, Flyadeal seeks to meet the rising need for cost-effective and hassle-free air transport connecting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Pakistan, mainly supporting the significant Pakistani community residing in Riyadh.
