sugar
(200 grams) -

butter
(160 gr) - 2 teaspoons of baking powder (11 grams)

- A Madeleine mold, ideally silicone
Preparation

Step 1:
Combine the eggs with sugar. Then incorporate the flour along with the baking powder. Stir thoroughly.

Dissolve the butter. Incorporate it into the earlier mixture. Continue beating until smooth.

Fill the molds. Chill for a minimum of 1 hour.

Bake for 6 minutes at 430°F/220°C followed by another 6 minutes at 350°F/180°C.
