To enjoy a straightforward and nutritious dish, we really like preparing chicken pasta. Tossing in some gorgonzola can elevate your dining experience!
Ingredients
- 7 oz farfalle

chicken - 6 oz gorgonzola
- 1 shallot
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1 oz white wine

walnuts - salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Preparation

Step 1:
Slice the chicken and Gorgonzola, then dice the shallots. Sauté the diced shallots in a heated pan using olive oil. Once they start to soften, add the sliced chicken and mix well.

Step 2:
Once the chicken is done cooking, stir in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes longer. Then take it off the heat.

Step 3:
Pour the cream into a pot, then add gorgonzola cheese along with some salt and pepper. Let it come to a boil and simmer over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.

Step 4:
Boil your pasta in a big pot of salty water for about 10 minutes until cooked. Afterward, take it off the stove and drain the water.

After 10 minutes, introduce the chicken into the gorgonzola sauce. Mix in some chopped walnuts, stir together, then take off the heat.

Step 6:
Mix the pasta with the sauce, and voila! Your dish is all set!
