Kolu, who was once signed by musician Portable, has revealed one of the motivations behind his departure from the artist’s record company.
-
A former player made an appearance during a live broadcast with a woman called Sewa on social media, discussing his professional journey.
-
Supporters chose sides, with numerous individuals holding Portable responsible for the situation involving his signed artist during their time together.
Kolu, once associated with street pop musician Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, commonly referred to as Portable, has shared details about his brief stint with the artist.
Kolu was previously affiliated with the musician’s record company but departed several months back without disclosing the specifics of their situation.
While streaming live with a woman called Sewa, Kolu revealed one of the motivations behind departing from the Zeh Nation record label.
He claimed that Portable once physically assaulted him during his stay. He further mentioned that every time he approached the musician for financial help, he would face punishment for making such a request.
Although he might have obtained some funds from him, it would merely be a modest sum, sufficient for just a few days.
Kolu talks about his relatives
Kolu also expressed dissatisfaction with his relatives, mentioning that they resided at a distance, and he had not been able to provide them with funds for sustenance.
It’s important to remember that the leader of the Zeh Nation, who recently engaged in an online confrontation with Lizzy Anjorin, was the individual who collected Kolu from Abuja and offered him a deal with his music label.
This isn’t the first instance where a former artist associated with Portable has criticized him for how he was treated during their time on his record label. Some years back, Portable and Young Duu engaged in a public online conflict following their separation.

No one will take care of his body unless he brings you from Abuja; you are here now, so they should be thanking God, considering that you haven’t even gotten anywhere yourself.

This language goes further, oh, the earpiece way I use helps me little.
@_bisibrain_ shared:
I don’t support anything that Portable does, but isn’t it because Portable was born with the ability to provide her with money every day? He must have a specific job that he carries out for Portable.
